Are You Interested In Forming An IGS Middle East Chapter?

Following the great expansion of geosynthetics in the Middle East where many projects are successfully implementing geosynthetics technology, the IGS is seeking any individual or companies interested to form an IGS chapter. The chapter might embrace the whole Middle East or a specific country, depending on the response received. To establish an IGS Chapter, there must be 20 interested individual members or a combination of individual members and corporate members of the IGS. Having a local chapter of the IGS will give a much closer access to technical information, local events on geosynthetics and widen the opportunity on developing sustainable solutions. For further information please contact Edoardo Zannoni, Chair of the Africa and Middle East Regional Activities Committee at e.zannoni@maccaferri.com or Terry Ann Paulo, the IGS Secretariat Manager at IGSsec@geosyntheticssociety.org.
