Geosynthetics International is a peer-reviewed technical journal that
publishes technical papers, technical notes, discussions, and book reviews
on all topics relevant to geosynthetic materials (including natural fibre
products), research, behaviour, performance analysis, testing, design,
construction methods, case histories, and field experience.
Geosynthetics International is dedicated to the mission
of the IGS, which is to promote the scientific and engineering
development of geotextiles, geomembranes, geogrids, related products,
and associated technologies. Geosynthetics International is
now published electronically only commencing with Volume 10 (2003)
and is available free for all individual IGS members.
Geosynthetics International is published as an electronic Journal six times annually.

Access to Geosynthetics
International
Members should contact Maria
Davis at Customer Services of Thomas
Telford. The member should supply their IGS number, email address
and mailing address. Ms. Davis will set the member up with access
to the journal
Geosynthetics International. The company Extenza will send the
member activation details within 10 days time.
Individual
IGS members can receive the Journal at no cost
on-line, at www.geosynthetics-international.com.
A separate CD containing all issues in the annual volume can be purchased
separately at a cost of US$100.
Universities,
colleges, institutions and corporations can purchase
a subscription at a rate of £421/US$870 per
six issues. This subscription rate includes unlimited access to
the on-line Journal, 4 years backfiles in full online, and the
year-end CD containing all papers published in that year.
Non-IGS members whose organisation has taken a subscription can receive
a personal subscription for £60/US$108. This subscription rate includes
the year-end CD containing all papers published in that year.
Some papers and all of the abstracts published in Volumes 1 through 9 (years
1994-2002) can be downloaded from the IGS website
at no cost to IGS members.
