RETAINING WALLS
- Reinforced Earth®, a gravity structure retaining
wall system consisting of
alternating layers of granular backfill and reinforcing strips
connected to a
modular precast concrete facing. Facing panels are available
in a variety of
shapes, sizes, finishes, and textures.
- Terratrel™, a gravity
structure retaining wall system consisting of alternating
layers of granular backfill and reinforcing strips connected
to a welded wire
facing. Terratrel is a cost effective alternative to using
precast concrete facing
- TechWall™, a precast counterfort retaining
wall that combines the benefits of
typical counterfort design methods with the inherent advantages
of precast
concrete. TechWall is very effective in severe cut applications
or along limited
right-of-way areas.
PRECAST ARCHES
- TechSpan™, a uniquely reliable, cost-effective
precast concrete arch system for
new construction or replacement of culverts, bridges, and
tunnels. Advanced
design procedures and fabrication techniques provide for
the most efficient use
of concrete and reinforcing steel.
SOIL IMPROVEMENT by DGI-Menard Soiltreatment LLC
- Dynamic Compaction,
Vertical Drains (Wicks), and Stone Column techniques used
to improve the load bearing capacity of loose
and/or impervious
soils.
- Menard Vacuum Consolidation™, a proprietary system
used for consolidating
and preloading soft and very soft saturated low permeability
soils at an
accelerated rate.
